1. What's your quality guarantee?
We are a government-certified enterprise recognized by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). 2. Are you a factory or trading company?
Chengli is the original manufacturer, not an intermediary or agent. We have our own R&D, production, and sales teams.
3. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
The address is at the intersection of Xingguang 1st Road and Suizhou Avenue in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, China. We can arrange airport pick-up and accommodation. Please contact us in advance.
4. What are your main products?
Fire and emergency response vehicles, tanker trucks, sanitation trucks, refrigerated trucks, aerial work platforms, wreckers, concrete mixers, powder material transporters, pressure vessels, and skid-mounted fueling stations. Annual production capacity exceeds 10,000 units.
5. What are your terms of payment and delivery?
Generally, 30% T/T deposit in advance. Terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF. We can also negotiate based on order value.
6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Generally, MOQ is 1 unit for most products. For special customizations, we can discuss based on the project.
7. How about your delivery time?
Typically 10 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the items and quantity. Complex customizations may take longer.
8. What is the warranty period for your products?
The warranty period for export vehicles is generally 12 months, based on the order. We also provide free parts and technical support during warranty.
9. Could your company manufacture products based on my requests?
Yes, we can. With our R&D team, Chengli Group specializes in engineering design and manufacturing of special-purpose vehicles. We can provide any product according to your requirements, such as capacity, painting, dimensions, markings, engines, and even chassis.
10. Can you make OEM or ODM?
Yes, we welcome OEM and ODM business. We can produce vehicles with your brand, design, and specifications.
11. Do your special vehicles comply with national safety standards?
Yes, we can customize vehicles to meet various international standards (e.g., Euro V/VI, EPA, ADR, TPED) and local regulations according to your destination country.
12. Can you adapt vehicles to different national regulations (e.g., LHD/RHD)?
Yes, we have experience adapting vehicles to various markets. We can provide left-hand or right-hand drive, select appropriate engines meeting local emission standards, and adjust configurations to comply with local road traffic regulations.
13. Do your vehicles have certifications such as CE, ADR, TPED?
Yes, for relevant products (e.g., tankers, pressure vessels), we can provide certifications like ADR, TPED, and CE. Our cylinders and tanks are manufactured to ASME, ISO, and GB standards.
14. What is the price of your product?
As a direct factory, we offer competitive prices. Please contact us with your detailed requirements (model, specifications, quantity) for a quotation. We also welcome you to visit our factory for further discussion.
15. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% test before delivery, including functionality, pressure, leakage, and road tests to ensure reliability.
16. What after-sales services do you provide?
We provide comprehensive after-sales services, including free parts, maintenance, repairs, technical support, on-line tech support, and worldwide service network assistance.
17. Can your products operate in extreme temperature environments?
Yes, we can design vehicles for extreme conditions. For example, cold-resistant packages (down to -40°C) with special materials and heating systems, or tropical packages (up to +50°C) with enhanced cooling. We have experience with various climate zones.
18. Do you provide operator and maintenance training?
Yes, we offer on-site training at your location or at our factory. Training covers vehicle operation, safety procedures, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
19. Can you supply spare parts long-term?
Absolutely. We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory and can supply genuine parts for the entire life cycle of the vehicle. We ship worldwide.
20. How can I get a quotation for a specific vehicle?
